New Thackerays Stores

Posted on by David Goss

A lot has changed recently at our Wellingborough Road stores — the names, for a start. Fitzboodles, our womenswear store, has now been absorbed into the Thackerays brand to form part of Thackerays Man+Woman, our contemporary fashion store. Opposite on Wellingborough Road is now Thackerays Heritage, offering a more classic and tailored set of menswear, including (but not only) suits. Both stores have brand new shop-fits, and the result is stunning.

The new Man + Woman store is modern, but with nods to traditional style and some quirky details — exactly what Thackerays represents.

'70s Glamour

The spirit of Studio 54 is swinging this season, with 1970s-inspired collections dominating the runways. We’re channelling our inner Charlie’s Angels (minus karate chops) to take on one of the biggest trends of the season. One of our newest brands, Alice by Temperley, have nailed the trend like few others.

From beautifully embellished maxi dresses or super-glamorous printed jumpsuits, not forgetting the all-important platforms, Thackerays has got the decade of disco covered.
